Ozmaeth Reborn: Caliihi

Original characters Andora (left) and Gaihen from my story Ozmaeth Reborn. I have been overhauling it gradually as time goes on- hopefully I'll be able to start putting it into comic form now that I feel a little more comfortable with the medium. I like this design the best so far!

Andora and Gaihen are Humarè, a race of magic wielding people that reside on the planet Ozmaeth. They have a deep connection with nature and lead simple lives working the land. Many Humarè have lost their magical abilities over time and lead much shorter lives than their magical counterparts. Humarè born with the gift of magic are called 'Caliihi' and are sent to a colony to live separate from their community and are often trained to become spiritual guides and healers. Male Caliihi are nearly unheard of.
